Biden Cognitive Decline Revelations Highlight Left-wing Media Coverup Role

Newly released audio of former President Joe Biden's 2023 interviews with special counsel Robert Hur and co-counsel Marc Krickbaum has confirmed memory lapses that were previously denied by White House officials.

The audio, obtained by Axios, shows Biden struggling to recall key dates and events, including the year his son Beau died and when he left office as vice president. This has fueled criticism that the media and Democrat leadership may have downplayed or hidden Biden's cognitive decline during his presidency and 2024 re-election campaign.

The audio recordings from the 2023 interviews reveals Biden's significant memory issues. These lapses were previously denied by White House officials.

Even after the transcript of the interview was released, Biden's aides and White House officials, including then-White House spokesman Ian Sams, insisted that the president did not forget the year his son died. The audio, however, shows that Biden struggled to remember the year and had to be prompted by his lawyers.

The audio and subsequent reports have raised questions about whether there was a concerted effort to cover up Biden's diminished mental capacity, to help the Democrat Party in the 2024 elections.

Far-left media talking heads like CNN's Jake Tapper and Democrat leadership have faced criticism for helping to coverup for Biden and hiding information about his health, including his cognitive decline and medical conditions.

Republicans, including former President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance are demanding greater transparency and accountability. They pointed out that the left-wing media and Democrat leadership have engaged in a cover-up to protect Biden's image and political prospects.

Democrats and Biden's legal team have pushed back on the criticism, arguing that the memory lapses observed in the interviews are common and do not indicate a significant cognitive decline. They also emphasize Biden's cooperation with the investigation and his overall mental acuity.

The release of the audio recordings from the 2023 special counsel interviews has reignited debates about the transparency of the media and the legality of official documents including executive orders, pardons and laws signed by Biden which have been revealed to be done with an autopen - a device that mechanically replicates a person's signature using a real pen, allowing public figures like presidents to sign documents without physically doing so.

The Oversight Project, part of the Heritage Foundation, claimed that most of Biden’s signatures on official documents were identical autopen signatures, except for his 2024 campaign withdrawal letter, raising questions about his awareness of the documents he authorized.

Trump, has argued that Biden’s use of an autopen for pardons—such as those for the Jan. 6 committee members, Dr. Anthony Fauci, and Gen. Mark Milley—invalidates them. Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey, have claimed that autopen use suggests the former president’s cognitive decline allowed staff to push policies without his approval.

Commenting on the latest revelations, Trump wrote on social media Tuesday, "Joe Biden was not for Open Borders, he never talked about Open Borders, where criminals of all kinds, shapes, and sizes, can flow into our Country at will. It wasn’t his idea to Open the Border, and almost destroy our Country, and cost us Hundreds of Billions of Dollars to get criminals out of our Country, and go through the process we are going through now.

"It was the people that knew he was cognitively impaired, and that took over the Autopen. They stole the Presidency of the United States, and put us in Great Danger. This is TREASON at the Highest Level! They did it to destroy our Country. The Joe Biden that everybody knew would never allow drug dealers, gang members, and the mentally insane to come into our Country totally unchecked and unvetted. All anyone has to do is look up his record. Something very severe should happen to these Treasonous Thugs that wanted to destroy our Country, but couldn’t, because I came along. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!"

Biden was diagnosed with aggressive prostate cancer on Friday, according to a statement released by his office Sunday. The cancer is characterized by a Gleason score of 9 (Grade Group 5) and metastasis to the bone, classifying it as Stage 4.

The diagnosis followed urinary symptoms and the discovery of a prostate nodule during a medical evaluation the previous week. Biden's office noted that the cancer is hormone-sensitive, suggesting effective management through treatments like hormone therapy, which may include testosterone-blocking medications such as Lupron, possibly combined with other hormonal therapies or chemotherapy. Bone-targeted treatments are also likely due to the metastasis.

Medical experts have raised questions about why the cancer was not detected earlier, particularly given Biden’s access to top-tier medical care during his presidency (2021–2025). Dr. David Shusterman, a urologist, suggested that such advanced metastatic cancer typically develops over years, implying it might have been detected earlier during Biden’s term.

Despite the severity, experts like Dr. Daniel W. Lin and Dr. Judd Moul noted that recent advances in prostate cancer treatment, driven by research from initiatives like Biden’s Cancer Moonshot, mean patients with metastatic disease can live 5–10 years or more with a good quality of life, though the cancer is not curable once it has spread to the bones. Biden and his family are reviewing treatment options, with potential approaches including hormone therapy, chemotherapy, radiation, or clinical trials.

"Melania and I are saddened to hear about Joe Biden’s recent medical diagnosis. We extend our warmest and best wishes to Jill and the family, and we wish Joe a fast and successful recovery," Trump wrote on Truth Social Sunday.

Houthis Seize Control Of Parts Of Yemen From Saudi-backed Forces, Trump Declines To Intervene

The Houthi (Ansar Allah) movement launched a "lightning offensive," seizing Yemen’s entire Red Sea coast over the weekend, including the strategic port of Mocha and Perim Island (Mayun) in the Bab al-Mandab Strait. This rapid advance collapsed Saudi-backed government forces, who were driven from six districts, and resulted in the capture of US-manufactured military vehicles and the UAE-built Mocha airport runway.

The Houthis took over Saudi-supported government coalition positions across Hays, Al-Khawkhah, Mokha, and Dhubab, claiming control of over 4,500 square miles. Their takeover of the Bab al-Mandab Strait, a vital artery for global energy shipping, has forced the suspension of Saudi Arabia’s crucial oil pipeline following drone attacks.

During the retreat of coalition and Saudi-backed local militias, Houthis overran multiple garrisons, seizing substantial quantities of military gear—including U.S.-supplied armored vehicles, artillery, and anti-tank systems left behind by withdrawing forces.

The UN and local reporting indicate nearly 50,000 civilians have fled the rapid advance, emptying towns along the Red Sea coast as fighting escalates.

The Houthis have explicitly threatened Saudi-linked vessels, causing oil tankers to reroute via the Suez Canal or Cape of Good Hope, while claiming navigation remains safe for non-Saudi international ships.

During a visit to Dublin, US President Donald Trump said on Saturday, that the Houthis contacted Washington to request no US military intervention, claiming they "do not want to fight with us," adding that the U.S. intends to let regional partners handle ground dynamics while providing intelligence and non-kinetic targeting support to Riyadh.

However, Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman reportedly called Trump twice on Thursday, to request direct US airstrikes against the Houthis.

The Trump administration declined direct military action to avoid opening a new front while fighting Iran, offering instead intelligence and targeting support to Saudi Arabia, which has launched over 50 airstrikes in response.

U.S. officials reportedly cited a directive to keep American forces focused on broader regional postures, including monitoring Iran and the Strait of Hormuz, rather than reigniting full-scale kinetic operations in Yemen.

The Houthi offensive coincides with drone and missile strikes targeting oil pipelines and logistics hubs inside southern Saudi Arabia, forcing shutdowns of key transit lines.

By holding the Bab al-Mandab Strait, the Houthis hold immense leverage over global shipping and Red Sea commerce, placing pressure on both Gulf states and international trade markets. Yemen had experienced relative quiet following a 2022 truce, but skirmishes flared up few months ago, before exploding into this full-scale offensive.

USSF-153: SpaceX Launches Classified Satellite For US Space Force

SpaceX Falcon 9 launched the classified USSF-153 mission on Thursday (Sept. 1) at 1542 UTC from Space Launch Complex 4E(SLC-4E) at Vandenberg Space Force Base, carrying carried an undisclosed payload to low Earth orbit (LEO) for the U.S. Space Force.

The Falcon 9 first-stage booster, B1081, completed its 27th flight, after executing a precision landing on the autonomous droneship 'Of Course I Still Love You' in the Pacific Ocean about 8.5 minutes after liftoff, marking the 660th overall Falcon 9 booster recovery. Residents in surrounding California counties reported hearing sonic booms as the booster returned through the atmosphere at supersonic speeds.

USSF-153 is a classified mission, with industry analysts suggesting the cargo likely consists of classified satellites potentially utilizing SpaceX’s Starshield platform, based on trajectory similarities to previous Starlink deployments.

"Starshield leverages SpaceX's Starlink technology and launch capability to support national security efforts," SpaceX wrote in a description of the Starshield program.

Due to the classified nature of the flight, post-launch telemetry and orbital parameters were withheld, with SpaceX's livestream ending shortly after the booster's recovery.

This operation marked the 104th Falcon 9 mission of 2026 and served as the fifth national security launch for the company this year, following missions such as NROL-105 and USSF-366.

Iranian Strikes On US Bases In Jordan, Damaged Multiple Aircraft, Despite CENTCOM Denials

Iranian ballistic missile strikes overnight Wednesday, targeted the Muwaffaq Salti Air Base in Jordan, reportedly damaging multiple US military aircraft** stationed there. An A-10 Thunderbolt (Warthog) suffered a direct hit that resulted in a missing wing, while about eight F-15 fighter jets sustained light damage. The damaged F-15s were subsequently repaired and returned to service, with no US fatalities reported at the base.

US forces in Jordan launched more than 30 Patriot missiles to intercept the Iranian attack, which occurred following weeks of relative calm in the escalating US-Iran conflict.

The strikes on Muwaffaq Salti Air Base were reportedly launched by Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and came directly in response to a major U.S. naval action where American forces targeted and sank five Iranian oil tankers following Iran's attempts to strike U.S. naval assets and commercial shipping. The IRGC launched coordinated missile attacks targeting key regional hubs housing American forces, including installations in Jordan, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
