Right-leaning Jewish social media influencer Ashley St. Clair, 31, announced on X Friday, that she had given birth to Elon Musk's 13th child five months ago. She claims that the Tesla CEO asked her to keep the birth a secret and to remove his name from the birth certificate, according to text messages with Musk's money manager and Neuralink CEO, Jared Birchall.
The next day, Ashley again took to X to reveal that she had been trying unsuccessfully to contact Musk. The revelation came in the form of a reply to his X post responding to a 2020 post by Ashley expressing her desire to get the SpaceX CEO's attention and "proposal for marriage." Screenshot of her old posts was posted by British internet troll Milo Yiannopoulos.
"Elon, we have been trying to communicate for the past several days and you have not responded. When are you going to reply to us instead of publicly responding to smears from an individual who just posted photos of me in underwear at 15 years old?"
Musk did not immediately acknowledged Ashley's claims.
“Ashley & Elon have been privately working towards the creation of an agreement about raising their child for some time. It is disappointing that a tabloid reporter, who repeatedly ambushed Ashely and her family, made it impossible to complete that process confidentially,” Ashley's representative Brian Glicklich said in a statement on X Saturday. “We are waiting for Elon to publicly acknowledge his parental role with Ashely, to end unwarranted speculation, and Ashley trusts that Elon intends to finish their agreement quickly, in the best interests of the wellbeing and security of the child they share." Glicklich has reportedly worked with an Israeli security firm in the past.
Ashley who told New York Post(NYP) that she has not communicated with Musk since posting the statement on X Friday, claimed she notified his team before she hit send.
“He ignored it,” Ashley claimed.
“Almost every relationship in my life would be bastardized and disingenuous because I couldn’t tell them what was going on. My [baby] has never taken a walk outside — in five months," she told NYP. "I have never been able to take my baby for a walk. I was terrified that someone would see I had a baby and it would get out,” she continued.
Ashley revealed that her and the child have spent time with Musk’s mother, Maye Musk, and have also met some of Musk’s other 12 children but not their mothers.
The 31-year-old was allegedly asked to keep the child a secret.
“I was told to keep it secret. I was being asked to keep it a secret forever,” she claimed, declining to provide to NYP a reason for the confidentiality or any material proof that Musk is the biological father.
Musk allegedly provided her with a lavish apartment in the Financial District — where rent for a two-bedroom can soar to nearly $40,000, according to StreetEasy — and a hefty security detail, but no romance, she claimed.
“I was completely isolated during my pregnancy" she claimed. "Every part of my career and everything I used to do I couldn’t do anymore. I was told not to tell anybody.”
She showed NYP, some texts between her and Birchall, which appear to show that she complied with the billionaire’s wish to be left off the birth certificate to preserve privacy, security and confidentiality.
Ashley claimed she was willing to stay silent because it would also protect her newborn’s privacy –until a tabloid, which she declined to name, started snooping around. And “There was a cohort of very violent stalkers who started threatening my toddler, they would send me photos of him with blood and that I would witness his blood splattering death and saying I was Elon’s whore.”
The tabloids and stalkers apparently led her to reveal the existence of the child on X Friday, accusing the media of trying to do her and her baby harm," she wrote. “It is very hard to understate how much I am processing right now. I am sad that my hand was forced by the media to do this now. But there is also a sense of relief because I have been forced to live in secrecy for almost a year of my life.”
“I am a good mom. And that’s what drives most of my decisions and my kids are my whole world,” she said. Before her child with Musk, Ashley had another child with Johnny who has in a statement Friday on X confirmed he was never married to her officially.
Ashley apparently met Musk for the first time via her Jewish boss Seth Dillon at the satirical website Babylon Bee.
Dillon once called Ashley and asked her to fly to San Francisco in the next 48 hours, she claimed, which was where she met Musk, 51, for the first time in 2023 at the then Twitter’s headquarters. The X owner was interviewed by Babylon Bee at the time.
“After the interview, I got a text from him saying “Feel like going to Providence [Rhode Island] tonight?” Ashley claimed, and the alleged romance reportedly blossomed from there, until she became pregnant.
Other posts of Musk flirting online with Ashley in the past, have since been resurfaced by the undefeated internet investigators.
